Monitoring and Reporting
- As Wright Service Corp. and its family of companies grow and their social and environmental impacts change, they are committed to regular data tracking to measure environmental and social performance and establish accountability to correct deficiencies. These audits will transparently describe environmental impact and set forth a process to remediate or reduce those impacts where possible.
- In compliance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Universal Standard, Wright Service Corp. is committed to tracking and reporting the total number of significant instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations during a reporting period (GRI Section 2-27).
- Wright Service Corp. is also committed to tracking and reporting greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the GRI Universal Standard, following the methodology outlined in the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard. We will use the best available data and strive to improve data collection and accuracy across Wright Service Corp., its family of companies and suppliers.
Protected Disclosure
Any employee who believes that he or she has witnessed violations of this policy should immediately provide a written or verbal report of the incident to [email protected] or call 1-800-882-1216. Wright Service Corp. will endeavor to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all parties involved to the greatest extent possible, consistent with a thorough investigation.
After a report is received, a thorough and objective investigation by management will be undertaken. The investigation will be completed, and a determination made and communicated to involved parties as soon as practical. Wright Service Corp. expects that all employees fully cooperate with any investigation conducted.
If we determine that this policy has been violated, remedial action will be taken, commensurate with the severity of the offense. Appropriate action will also be taken to deter any future violations. If a complaint of illegal activity is substantiated, appropriate disciplinary action, up to, and including, discharge, will be taken.
Retaliation is prohibited against any person by another employee or by the Company for using this reporting procedure or for filing, testifying, assisting, or participating in any manner in any investigation, proceeding, or hearing conducted by a governmental enforcement agency. Prohibited retaliation includes, but is not limited to, termination, demotion, suspension, failure to hire or consider for hire, failure to give equal consideration in employment decisions, failure to make employment recommendations impartially, adversely affecting working conditions, or otherwise denying any employment benefit.
