Employee Distribution
Employee distribution numbers are based on fiscal year 2024, meaning October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. As of September 30, 2024, WSC had 259 corporate office employees which is a 0.044% increase from fiscal year 2023. During that time, 47 were new hires. In total across the family of companies, we had 6,355 employees.
Each subsidiary’s individual corporate social responsibility report will release company specific demographics, but we’ve provided headcount totals below. Employees were encouraged to self-report gender and race/ ethnicity information using Workday, our human capital management software, by the Human Resources (HR) department through a campaign. These numbers represent those employed as of September 30, 2024. They do not include contingent employees who are recognized as employees contracted by outside vendors.
